We've been sharing bits and pieces about our journey towards opening up our NY Flagship store in the year 2020 through social media, and believe us when we say that there's a lot left to tell you about. The shop came together with a slew of help from friends near and far and we want to shine a light on them. We'll get to all of it soon. The important thing for us to communicate to you right now, though, is that we have finally arrived at the finish line and are excited to open our doors to you this Friday, August 14th. Also of note is that alongside the grand opening of 3sixteen NY, we are also reopening the doors to 3sixteen LA after a 5-month hiatus.

In these times, it's important for us to reassess the way we operate our retail business so that we can act responsibly and safely for your sake and for ours. As such, while we are welcoming walk-in visitors during normal shop hours, we will also be accepting bookings for private appointments where you will have the entire shop to yourself for a 30-minute window.

Some things to expect: when you arrive, we’ll greet you at the front door where you'll sanitize your hands upon entry. We require face coverings to be worn for the duration of your visit and will be taking all necessary precautions to sterilize the space in between customers. Recognizing that everyone shops differently, our staff will be on hand to provide as much or as little help as you need. You are welcome to browse on your own, or we are happy to work with you to provide recommendations and guidance. Our goal is to make your appointment time as safe and enjoyable as possible while you’re shopping with us, so please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can be of most help to you either beforehand or upon arrival.

Please note that we can only guarantee private appointments for 30 minutes; at its conclusion, you are welcome to stay longer if we don’t have another appointment after you, with the understanding that another walk-in customer may join you at some point in the store. If we have another customer arriving after your appointment, we must be fair to them and close our current appointment up. 

For those who choose to swing by without an appointment, we'll certainly welcome you in if the shop is open. If we are with a customer, please be patient with us as we take care of our appointment, after which we'll open the store up again.
